Acceptance of Terms of Use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and spade46 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of use of the website, application and related services provided by spade46.

By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms in full. This agreement remains in effect for as long as your account is active.

User Eligibility

Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Owning multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any winnings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the spade46 platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes for approved requests.

Payment methods accepted by spade46 are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (bank account transfer)
• Online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and others)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for anti-money laundering purposes. Any withdrawal attempt through a different method requires additional verification.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonus and promotion offers at spade46 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. General conditions that apply to all promotions are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. Example calculation: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or converted directly to cash.
• spade46 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of misuse or abuse.
• Accounts with multiple registrations are not eligible for any bonuses.

The spade46 VIP Programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback ranging from 0.2% to 1.2%. Tier advancement is based on player activity and loyalty to the platform.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users of the spade46 platform are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using the platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening or intimidating other players or spade46 staff.
• Providing false personal information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Abusing bonuses through deliberate "bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse" techniques.

Violation of any of the prohibitions above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and related account balances, and legal action where necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the spade46 platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, software code and game content, is the exclusive property of spade46 or its respective licensors.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, modify, sell or exploit any part of this platform's content without obtaining prior written consent from spade46. The use of spade46's logos or brand name for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

spade46 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by technical faults, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss of winnings due to internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
• Actions or omissions by third parties providing technical support services.
• Financial losses arising from the user's own betting decisions.

In all circumstances, spade46's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Responsible Gambling
